Softwave Communications is a voice services company built around a simple idea: every call is a real opportunity. We answer, qualify and book on behalf of businesses that cannot afford to let the phone ring out.
We write the script with you, keep the greeting in your name, and send back notes after every conversation so you always know what your callers asked for.

How we work
We write the script with you, including the greeting, what to ask, and what counts as a qualified caller. Coverage hours for your customers are agreed in writing. We are not a 24/7 service unless that is what we book with you.
Who this fits
Service businesses that lose work when the phone rings out: plumbing, HVAC, dental, electrical, commercial cleaning, and real estate. If you need a medical/HIPAA answering service, or you want us to supply bought leads, we are not the right fit.
How we reply when you contact us
Chat or email: within a day. Phone: we answer or call back the same day, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern, seven days. That is how Softwave replies to you. It is not your customers’ coverage window.
