Outbound follow-up

Your lists, your quotes, your no-shows

Most lost work is not a missing lead. It is a quote nobody called back, a no-show that sat on a list, or a past customer who was due and never got the reminder. Softwave Communications makes those follow-up calls for you, from lists you already own, in your company name, on the script we build with you.

We do not buy lead lists. We do not rent names, scrape directories, or hand you a purchased file and start dialing. If the people on the list did not already come from your business, this is not the page for that work — and we do not offer that work.

Softwave Communications is in Windsor, CT. Phone (860) 600-9573.

Who it fits

This is a fit when you already have people to call: open quotes, missed appointments, cancellations, and customers who asked to be contacted. You can point to the list, the consent you have, and the outcome you want (a booked time, a yes/no, or a note that they are not ready).

It is not a fit if you want us to find you new names, if you cannot say how the contacts got on the list, or if you need calling windows you have not agreed. Inbound coverage of people who call you is a different page: live answering for Windsor and Hartford.

What we need from you

  • The list itself — quotes, no-shows, cancellations, or your own customer file. Not a purchased lead file.
  • How each person landed on the list, and any consent or calling-window rules that apply.
  • The script: who we say we are, what we are following up on, and what we are allowed to offer.
  • What a good outcome is (book, reschedule, leave a note, stop calling).
  • The days and hours you want us to place these calls, agreed up front.

How follow-up runs

We work through your list in the order you set. Each attempt is logged. We speak in your company name, stay inside the script, and record the outcome: booked, not ready, wrong number, do-not-call, or whatever categories you defined. We do not add people to the list, and we do not keep calling past the stop rules you gave us.

If someone asks for something the script does not cover, we take a message rather than invent an offer.

Calling windows and escalation

Outbound attempts run in the windows we agree with you. That is not around-the-clock calling, and it is not a substitute for inbound live answering. If a contact needs to reach a person on your team, we follow the escalation you scripted: message, book, or hand off as written.

Hours your customers are covered when they call you are a separate agreement. Hours you use to reach Softwave Communications about becoming a client are described on the About page. Do not treat those as agent coverage for your callers.

Reporting

You get a record of attempts and outcomes, not a marketing story. Monthly reporting is volume and results against the list you gave us. We do not pad the file, and we do not publish client counts, awards, or tenure.

What this page does not include

  • We do not buy, rent, or supply lead lists.
  • We do not call people you cannot account for.
  • We do not cover inbound live answering on this page — that is live answering.
  • We do not call outside the windows you purchased.

Questions we actually get

Will you buy leads for me?

No. We follow up on quotes, no-shows, and lists you already have. If the work starts with a purchased file, we will not take it.

Can you set appointments from my quote list?

Yes, when the script says so and you have given us a booking path. The appointment is with you, on your calendar, not with Softwave Communications.

What if someone asks to be removed?

We stop, log it, and send that outcome back to you. We do not argue them into another call.

Is this the same as answering my inbound line?

No. Inbound live answering is people calling you. This page is us calling people who are already on your list.
